Get Your Coffee, Sit Down and Be Cool.
A fairly unassuming storefront hides no special features or trickiness inside—it's fairly unassuming inside too. While gallivanting around the DEN, my friend Eric (of Built MFG) & I decided we needed a chill place to have a sip and lots of chat time. He says (like everyone wishes a friend would say), "I know just the place." And know, he did.
We walk in and get greeted by the barkeep—I say that on purpose because that's the vibe; a cool biker saloon, laid in stark black & white and zero fuss. We ordered tea and coffee and had a seat in spartan table settings. Even still, nothing felt lacking for comfort. Our barkeep steps from behind the bar to bring us our bevs, and my homie starts chatting him up about the bike sitting behind us. Oh, did I forget to mention that? The beautifully classic Ducati cafe racer sitting in front of an open road backdrop as if waiting to have you sit on it and take the dopest senior picture ever? Yeah, so there was that.
If you find yourself not far from downtown Denver and craving coffee, skip the obvious and roll up on Bellwether.
